Mazarin offers you the option of engraving your engagement ring and wedding band* with a word, a date, a secret message… This personalization, tailored to the specific characteristics of the jewelry creation, is offered free of charge for three months from the date of purchase. *Only creations from the Wedding collection can be engraved, with the exception of those in black gold.

Mazarin adjusts the following jewelry creations: the Elephant pavé cuff and necklace, and the Eboris bracelet and necklace. This adjustment ensures optimal comfort for the wearer while respecting the specific characteristics of each piece.

Adjusting a piece of jewelry

Whether wider or narrower, covering part or all of the finger, each MAZARIN ring has different proportions. If you don't know your ring size, please contact us so we can determine it together, based on the style you've chosen and the finger you'll be wearing it on.

Each MAZARIN bracelet is available in the sizes indicated. To determine your size, take a ribbon, wrap it around your wrist, and mark the point where the ribbon crosses with a pen. Then, measure the tape measure with a ruler and add 15 millimeters.

MAZARIN earrings, drops, and clips are designed to fit all ear shapes. The clips can be worn on either the right or left ear, in the center or higher position. Featuring a special closure system, they ensure a comfortable and secure fit.

Mazarin will send your jewelry to you in your name, at the address you provide, on the date and time agreed upon beforehand. Its transport, carried out by a specialized company, is secure and insured from our workshops until it is handed over to you personally.

Mazarin can also keep your jewelry creation available and welcome you, by appointment, in its showroom: 34 rue du Faubourg Saint-Honoré - 75008 Paris, 2nd floor, from Tuesday to Saturday, from 10 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.

Subject to the availability of your chosen jewelry piece, it will be shipped within 5 days. If it is not available, or if it needs to be adjusted or engraved in our workshops, this timeframe will vary from 4 to 6 weeks.

In France and the EU, delivery is free. Internationally, delivery is free for orders over €1,000; import duties are the responsibility of the buyer.

With the exception of jewelry creations that have been personalized and according to the exchange and return conditions set out below, Mazarin offers you the possibility of exchanging or fully refunding a piece of jewelry that does not suit you.

All exchange or refund processes must be arranged in advance. We encourage you to contact us for assistance with this process.

The jewelry creation must have been purchased: on the website mazarin.com in our showroom: 34 rue du Faubourg Saint-Honoré - 75008 Paris, 2nd floor, from Tuesday to Saturday, from 10 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.; through the Mazarin customer service.

The jewelry item must not be personalized or engraved; it must not have been worn, damaged, or soiled; and it must be returned in its original packaging, accompanied by its certificates. No refund will be issued until the piece has been received and inspected by Mazarin.

The buyer has 14 days from the date of receipt to return the jewelry. If a longer period is required, the buyer must inform MAZARIN at the time of ordering.
