Personalized engraving
Mazarin offers to engrave your engagement ring and your wedding ring* with a word, a date, a secret message, etc. This personalization, adapted to the specificities of jewelry creation, is offered to you for three months, from the date of purchase. *Only creations from the Wedding collection can be engraved, with the exception of those in black gold.

Sizing & adjustment
Mazarin adjusts the following jewelry creations: the Éléphant pavé cuff and necklace, the Eboris bracelet and necklace. This adjustment makes it possible to offer optimal comfort to the person who will wear it, while respecting the specificities of the jewel.
Adjust a piece of jewelry
Delivery
Mazarin will send your jewellery in your name, to the address of your choice, on a date and at a time agreed in advance. It is transported by a specialist carrier, fully secured and insured from our workshops until it is handed over to you in person.
Subject to the availability of your chosen creation, it will be dispatched within 4 to 6 days. If the piece is not available, or if it needs to be adjusted or engraved in our workshops, please allow 4 to 6 weeks.
Delivery is complimentary within France and the EU. For international orders, delivery is complimentary on purchases of €1,000 or more; any import duties and taxes are payable by the buyer.

Returns & Exchanges
With the exception of personalised or engraved creations, Mazarin offers you the option to exchange a piece of jewellery, or receive a full refund, within 14 days of receipt.
This applies to creations purchased on mazarin.com, at our showroom (34 rue du Faubourg Saint-Honoré, 75008 Paris) or through our Client Service.
The piece must be returned unworn, undamaged and in pristine condition, in its original packaging and accompanied by its certificates. Refunds are issued only once the piece has been received and inspected by our team. Please contact us beforehand to arrange your return.
